Lock Screw LS-20

The Aloris LS-20 Lock Screw is a vital precision component engineered to secure the Cartridge CRT-20, delivering unmatched stability and rigidity during demanding turning, facing, and chamfering operations. This screw works in tandem with the Lock Hexagonal Pin LP-20 inside the cartridge, ensuring precise alignment and tight clamping of standard triangular carbide inserts such as TNMP, TNMG, and TNMS.

The LS-30 is specifically required for any setup using the CRT-20 Cartridge, which is a key part of several Aloris Universal Tool Holders, including models AXA / BXA / CXA Series #20, and AXA / BXA / CXA Series #22. Together, the LS-20 and LP-20 locking system ensure that the insert remains securely seated against the shoulder with two-way force—downward and inward—minimizing deflection and improving surface finish.
