The Aloris CBB-10 is a premium Indexable Carbide Insert Boring Bar engineered for precision and durability in both manual and CNC lathe operations. This versatile bar accepts popular triangular positive rake inserts, which are held firmly in place using a flat head screw, ensuring consistent insert orientation and cutting accuracy. Ideal for through-hole boring, precision facing, or boring to square shoulders, the CBB-10 is also compatible with boring heads and can access minimum bore diameters as small as 7/16″.

 

To match specific setup requirements, the bar can be cut to length using an abrasive cutoff wheel without compromising performance. Whether you’re working in a high-speed CNC environment or on a manual lathe, the CBB-70 offers unmatched performance, versatility, and repeatability.
