The Aloris LP-20 Hex Locking Pin is a precision-engineered internal locking component designed to work seamlessly with the LS-20 Lock Screw inside the CRT-20 Cartridge. Together, this locking system securely holds standard triangular carbide inserts—including TNMP, TNMG, and TNMS—in place with a dual-force mechanism, locking the insert down and back against the shoulder for optimal cutting stability.

Manufactured from hardened tool steel, the LP-20 is a critical component for tool rigidity and insert accuracy in high-performance machining environments. Its hexagonal shape ensures a positive grip and secure torque transfer during insert adjustment and indexing.

The LP-20 is an essential part of the CRT-20 Cartridge, which is compatible with a wide range of Aloris Universal Tool Holders, including models AXA-20, BXA-20, CXA-20,AXA-22, BXA-22,CXA-22 and CXA-22.
